The store manager, Ruben was incredible! He took our car in immediately to be seen as we were headed out of town for a 3-hour drive and our car began to give us a scare. The team was very kind and answered any questions we could possibly have.

These guys,so kind, compassionate, understanding to the fact, I am not mama war bucks regarding getting everything done that needs tending to. They lay it all out and do what needs done now and work on maintenance as I can afford. the ut most professional conduct i have experienced. I will come to Firestone, for all my car needs. Best place ever! come to Firestone, on HWY 31 in Kenosha ask for Ruben! the waiting area is very convenient and comfortable. Easier then trying to drop car off and get a ride there and back.

I’ve been using this Firestone location for almost 3 years now for both my 2017 Subaru Impreza and 2020 Honda Civic. Luis and team have been great with everything from routine maintenance to fixing AC issues and leaky fuel lines. Most recently, I was in for some routine maintenance and the underbody of my Honda was not fully re-secured, resulting in a corner hanging down and getting damaged as I was traveling on the highway. Luis and team promptly addressed the issue by ensuring the underbody was fully secured so that I could continue to use the vehicle without causing further damage. A new part was ordered and installed, all at no extra cost to me. Thank you team! And I will absolutely be continuing to use this Firestone location for future maintenance and issues!

I dropped my car off for my appointment at 11am. I was asked what time I wanted to pick it up. I was unsure of a time that is reasonable. The lady told me 2:30pm it’d be ready. I received a phone call at 1:30pm saying they were just getting started and something else needed to be done. I agreed. I received a phone call at 6:10pm that installing your new tires, wiper blades and wheel alignment. And when I called at 5:00pm for an update, I received annoyance and told that maybe another 30 minutes and it would be done and hung up extremely quickly. It’s almost as if you’re better off not having an appointment to get work done on my car is the way to go since they obviously came before me. I was getting a ride to Firestone in Somers, WI by my sister who was getting more and more restless. Noah was very polite, but no one had any regard for the timing it took. This experience has not left a very good taste in my mouth for further services and recommendations to come to this location.

Just wanted to say that Luis, Noah, and the whole team has been nothing but helpful in my recent come ups with my 2014 Honda Civic, from everything to oil changes, tires, and things that need replacing or fixing! Great affordable prices as well! Very very kind people with an objective to get the job done that’s for sure. I will always give my honest feedback and they are great people!
